gantts.app is a small, independent project. There's no support queue and no ticket system — messages come straight to us.

The fastest route for anything technical is a GitHub issue — it's public, so other people hit by the same problem can find it and add detail.

What helps when reporting a bug
Because everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded, we can't look up your project to investigate. That means the details matter:
- Which browser and operating system you're on
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- If you can, a saved
.ganttsfile that reproduces it — attach it to the email or issue
A note on your data
We have no access to your charts. Nothing you build is stored on a server, so we can't recover a lost project, and we'll never ask you to send credentials or personal details. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

There's a single unobtrusive banner slot at the bottom of the app. If you'd like to sponsor it, email us with the subject line "Banner enquiry".
