  3. Add DC fast-charging rows (larger switchgear, dedicated transformer) or delete them for Level 2 only.
  4. Include a make-ready allowance if you are claiming utility or government incentives with their own deadlines.
  5. Mark utility approval, permit issue and energization as milestones, each is a hard gate.
