What's included
Most Gantt charts are designed for screens and fall apart on paper. This one is built for the wall and the meeting table:

Scheduling tips
- Fit-to-one-page is a zoom decision. Compressing the timeline granularity beats shrinking the font to 6pt.
- Print in landscape. Portrait wastes the axis that a Gantt chart actually needs.
- Hide columns you will not read on paper. Assignee and progress often matter on screen but clutter a printout.
- Use milestones as anchors. On a printed sheet, diamonds are what people find first.
- Print in colour if you can. The critical path highlight is the main thing lost in greyscale.
